The link to Rockable Press is incorrect guys!

Gutted! Signed up for this as I am right now developing my first plug in but my host uses php 5.2.9. So one video in I am already unable to proceed. I know you want to show us the latest stuff but surely the content should have been backwards compatible to at least the last version of php.

I upgraded my account to Tuts+ Premium and I’m really happy with it. And now with the WordPress course which has been added I’m even more happy with it and I can recommend the Tuts+ Premium to everyone. It’s worth every penny.

I already watched the WordPress Plugin Development Training Videos and they are great. I hope there will be more WordPress videos from Jeffrey in the future.

    Thanks for the great training.

I was always interested in the Tuts+ Premium service, but now that they have the WP Tuts up and running, I think it’s about time…

Tell you what Jeff… I’ll sign up for your new endeavor when you KEEP YOUR PROMISE to do a series of free video tuts on coding that “Happy and free” (or whatever it was) web site in WordPress. You promised several times to code the thing in WordPress when Nettuts+ got up to 80,000 viewers. There was no time limit given, it took a couple months, but it arrived long, long ago and we haven’t seen you follow through. I realize that Envato did a reorganization and took away Web design to WPtuts – but you could do it there. And we realize that you have been in the back room a long time doing the new-release thing; BUT, you are one of our favorite authors and tut-doers, AND… (respectfully)… a promise IS a promise!

This really isn’t a huge deal. The course was complete. I had hopes to add a WP section, but we added this new site, and it was no longer appropriate for Nettuts+.

Trust me, there’s lots of PSD -> WordPress tuts on our sites. :)

Great one, Jeff! I personally always love watching your videos to see what I can learn, and I’ve been doing this for years, so for someone getting started there’s no better way.

Thanks Jeff, this is a great tutorial. It helps heaps to start creating plugins for wordpress. This tutorial is worth every penny!

Hi Jeff, can you talk about how to use apply_filters() which is missing from this tutorial. The usage of it is confusing to me. Thanks.
